Mutton Keema Samosa is an Indian and Pakistani triangular-shaped snack in which a spicy and smoky minced mutton filling is placed within a pastry sheet (samosa sheets, samosa patti), which is then deep-fried till golden brown and crispy.<br />This snack is extremely addicting since it has a crispy layer on the exterior and juicy, spicy keema masala inside.<br /><br />Ingredients<br />1 tbsp Oil<br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste<br />1 Onion (chopped)<br />Salt (as per taste)<br />300 gms Mutton Mince<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />Coriander Leaves (chopped)<br />¼ cup Water<br />¼ cup All-Purpose Flour<br />Water<br />Samosa Sheets<br />Oil (for frying)
